Emerging Professional Pricing: To qualify for emerging professional pricing, you must be a current NESEA Emerging Professional Member. Emerging professional membership ($50) is available to professionals who have been working in their current industry for 5 years or less. Volunteering: To reflect our commitment to making our programs accessible, we offer a few volunteer work-exchange positions, open to NESEA members. Please email bevolunteer@nesea.org to express your interest.

Refunds & Credits

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for conference passes. If you cancel your registration by October 1, you may request a credit for a future NESEA event. You may also request a credit at any time if you need to cancel for health reasons.

For 50 years, NESEA has advanced sustainability practices in the built environment by cultivating a cross-disciplinary community where practitioners are encouraged to share, collaborate, and learn. Over the course of that time, NESEA has become an extraordinary community of practitioners that strives to transform our built environment by building relationships, sharing lessons learned, and challenging the status quo. The NESEA of 2025 is a thriving organization, fueled by learners, leaders, and doers who care deeply about our shared vision: a vibrant and resilient built environment that supports climate justice and equity.

In celebration of this momentous anniversary, we are planning community events around the Northeast and combing through our archives for fun memories to share. As we look back on the first 50 years of learning and connecting, we're also busy planning the next 50. Here's to a bright future, a close community, and a more sustainable and healthy built environment!
