Drew Ades is the Head of Production for CPC Climate Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC), created to drive the decarbonization of the multifamily market and capitalized by a $2.4 Billion grant from the EPA’s Green House Gas Reduction Fund as part of Climate United. Ades is a recognized leader at the intersection of real estate finance and sustainability and was the visionary behind the creation of Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Green Financing Business.
