KOW Building Consultants is a trusted provider of building, construction, environmental, and sustainability consulting services. KOW specializes in Property Condition Reports, Plan & Cost Reviews, Construction Loan Monitoring, Phase 1 ESAs (Environmental Site Assessments), and Sustainability Services. Clients include banks, lenders, federal agencies, state housing agencies, city housing agencies, as well as owners and developers. The firm was founded in 1978 by Kenneth O.
