Scott Baum is the founder and principal of Sublime Windows. He has an engineering and architecture background and 20+ years of experience in the building trades. Over the last 10+ years, Scott has specialized in designing double-stud-wall, zero-net energy homes and was certified as a Passive House consultant in 2012. He is passionate about building science and uses the Passive House PHPP software, WUFI Passive, LBNL Therm, and LBNL Window7 software to study energy-efficient buildings. We have a solid understanding of building science, energy modeling, architectural detailing, and construction techniques related to energy-efficient buildings.
